Anti-Aging and Your Diet
We associate age with suffering, illness, and lots of pain. It's the goal of anti-aging experts and biochemist to reverse this chronic pain so that we maintain the same posture and attitude throughout our lives until death as when we're in our prime. You are familiar with people who retire from life early; those who check out, so to speak, before their time. Anti-aging experts believe that they can rescue the 100,000 people who die daily from age. The most fundamental and important change we can make is through our diets. Our bodies become overweight, toxic, and weak with age in large part because we aren't ingesting clean water and chemical-free foods. We often cook out minerals and over process healthy foods until they become something nobody should consume. Apples become apple juice. Tomatoes become ketchup. There are thousands of examples of foods we eat that poison our bodies and cause us to age more quickly.
Anti-Aging and Healthcare
Many societies claim to have broken or dysfunctional healthcare systems. One of the reasons for this is because we spend money unwisely and inefficiently. The biggest money-sucker in our healthcare system is end-of-life care. At the point where a body is so weak and frail that a person can't hold up his or her own head, we drain the most amount of money into keeping the person breathing. By squaring that mortality curve and increasing our years while living more healthy lives, we will combat these costs. People can live fuller lives and then die comfortably, quickly, and without the expensive machines and monitors. Nobody will argue that they look forward to dying gradually and over a long period. In the end, our vitality and long lives will take an enormous bite out of healthcare costs.
Anti-Aging and Exercise
Another reason our bodies are full of toxins and encased from the inside out with fat is because people don't exercise! It's a simple way to remain happier and healthier. Envision the man or woman who spends a lot of time in the pool during their later years or the person who actively dances until their late years. Prevent aging with exercise and you'll fortify your muscles, bones, and organs. Cultures that haven't adopted Western diets with highly processed foods and little exercise & of which there are very few left & remain immensely more healthy than those who have adopted such toxic lifestyles. The elderly in these cultures don't walk around hunched over and sickly. Diabetes, cancers, heart disease and obesity is virtually unknown to them. There are very easy steps we can take to reverse the process of aging through diet, exercise, proper anti-aging supplementation, and a positive life-extending attitude.
